Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers to common questions about Novarra, our model, and U.S. immigration. For visa-specific FAQs, see each individual visa page.

Is Novarra a law firm?
No. Novarra is an immigration consulting and case coordination company. All legal advice and representation is provided by independent licensed U.S. immigration attorneys we partner with on each case.
How is Novarra different from a traditional immigration firm?
Traditional firms bundle legal strategy and operational work under one billable-hour model. Novarra deliberately separates them: independent attorneys lead legal strategy, while Novarra runs the operational and client experience side. Combined with flat-fee pricing, this gives clients a more focused, transparent, and predictable engagement.
Do you offer flat-fee pricing?
Yes. Every engagement is priced as a flat fee, with the scope agreed upon at the start. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.See pricing
Which visas do you work on?
O-1, P-1, EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-2 NIW: the primary pathways for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and professors, and those whose work has national importance.See all visa types
Who are your attorneys?
We work with a curated network of experienced independent U.S. immigration attorneys. Each client is matched with the attorney whose expertise best fits their case, rather than assigned based on availability.Learn about our attorney network
